I have very straight hair and whenever i curl it, i have to use large amounts of hair spray to hold it, but then its crispy. How do I have good curls, but still touchable hair?

fantastic sam's hairspray, it rocks, you can have beautiful curls, and still run your fingers through it.

I like Dove hair gel. Holds very well but but will give a natural look to your curls! Add a touch of hair spray to last all day!

Most gels and stuff will tell you that it doesnt have any stiff or sticky buildup, and its usually the truth. Find something that is mainly for frizz but has a strong hold. I have super curly hair and my hair still stays soft after putting product into it. I like Tresemme and Loreal the best.

While some hair fall daily is natural, stress, hairstyle products (to get your hair curl or straight) and lack of nutrition can cause excessive hair fall as listed at http://tinyurl.com/kshvn . By changing your lifestyle and using herbal remedies, you can reduce hair loss. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/py7z4 .

A lightweight mousse, and a styling creme (as opposed to gel).
