No, it is not an advertisement, I'm not trying to sell anything just trying to gether information, you can skip my personal website and click on the survey link. Geesh can't people read anymore?

Thanks to all who participated in the survey. Only had one person who didn't know how to read, or at least I hope her daughter wasn't pregnant at 4 yrs old.
I hope to get a few more responses before I close this out therefore I am going to extend the question.
This was the first survey I had put together and I learned I could have done better but this is still providing good information.
