Yes, you can use the 7-day Metrocard for subway ride from midtown Manhattan to Coney Island, Brooklyn.
You can take train # D, F, N or Q subway lines directly to Coney Island.
NYC has the oldest and most extensive subway lines in the world. You can travel hundreds of miles on one fare. The 7-day Metrocard is a bargain! Enjoy Coney Island!

Chance. I think that while New York may be the biggest subway, it is not the world's oldest. Both the London Underground and the Paris Metro were in existence years before it was opened.

The metro card can be used on all subways and city busses. There is never an extra fee.
