I used to think about this when I was a kid and would take God out of the equation and would still be left with this baffling and panic-inducing conundrum: something is without cause and always existed. When I tried to get my mind around even a trite little process or whatever -- a process that gives rise to universes, etc. -- always existing, my mind couldn't get around it. Even the scientific cosmology model of a beginningless and endless cycle where universes start, expand, collapse, go away and repeat doesn't answer the mystery of something always existing. Friends of mine who think this solves the problem have realized they didn't think about the implications until I talked with them at length. So ... no matter what ...we're left with something causeless and when i REALLY think about the implications in terms of my existence, my head explodes. It's the great mystery ... Supposedly, enlightenment can resolve it (e.g. read '3 pillars of zen' for a zen perspective on enlightenment).

God was here b4 time even began...God has always been lol i know thats a weird thing to get around in your head...kinda maddening if you think about for long enough by yourself...God is so interesting....and mysterious... lol it does drive me a lil mad...i dont agree with them, but i can sort of see why atheists think we are crazy, we're....crazy in love hahaha... He's just so interesting but no...God was here before the past :P...and NOOOO He was not born of a woman lol because God created the woman after He created the man lol... God was born from a woman when He came to Earth as Jesus :D

I'm not sure how to answer that question. Scientifically, it is important to understand that time may only exist here..... In other areas, there is no such thing as time passing. That is a very difficult concept for us to understand because everything here is so finite. But when you understand that, you can begin to understand that God has always been because time doesn't exist elsewhere.

No one created God. He is not a created being. He is eternal. That means he has always been and will always exist. If you are capable of understanding infinity....then you are close to understanding God and how He can be eternal. When we try to put God into human terms, it does not work, because he is not finite like we are. We are limited...and He is limitless. We live in time and He lives in timelessness. Yet He love us and send His only Son, to become a man like us, so we could go to be with God and live in eternity with Him for eternity!!! God is so amazing and His love is so beyond our understanding...

Why do you insist that there must be a beginning?
I personally believe that the stuff of the universe, matter and energy and all the space around it, has always been in some form or another - change happens, things evolve and interact, that's all there is to it. Nothing had to cause the change and nothing had to create matter and energy... the universe always was and always will be... Use your brain... A-phucking-men.

Monotheistic religion began with Judaism. Christianity and Islam are "baby religions" coming from the parent religion Judaism. The Torah was written down, scholars suspect, sometime between the 5th and 4th century B.C.E. (Before the Common Era) but Judaism was being practiced long before that.
It all leads back to Judaism. I hope that helps.

God created humanity and all that is part of it.
Now what was before God is a mistery that only Him can tell of.
Let hope we see Him on the last day and get understanding of that.
