Every answer I see from a self-confessed school outcast "made good", is all about them and how they are not losers anymore - when plainly they are - with a massive chip on the shoulder as if further evidence were needed.

Anger comes from being sad. It's a pity when things happen that make you sad and so in turn make you angry. But it's a circular deal and only the 'loser/winner' concerned can make that change. By the way, chips on shoulders are ever so unsightly and rather fattening too. Perhaps they should try celery or yoghurt - no wait, yoghurt on the shoulder would be too messy...

Cause they don't want to be losers so they make even a bigger loser out of themselves pretending to be winners. Yeah. They try to trick themselves into thinking they're winners, but that makes them even bigger losers. Like, the fakeness is added on to add self-confidence, because that makes a winner, but it quickly chips off and we see the real person underneath.

Muchlove.

there is no absolute winner or loser. you win or lose compared to the objective perspective.

so if someone is a winner from a school popularity perspective, they may be a loser from an individuality or creativity or free-thinking perspective.

losers usually are egotistical therefore have a higher opinion of themself which no amount of truth telling will ever get rid of. this is their downfall making them a loser...the winners are the ones who are great but dont shout about it

I think it's great that people have confidence and try and think the best of what they have.

Isn't it better to have a high confidence than low confidence?
People perform better with high confidence.
