Meats that do not have a great deal of fat on them.
Some examples are chicken and turkey. They white meat parts. These are the breasts without the skin. You would have it prepared grilled, baked or smoked.

Fish may or may not be considered a meat. You would have it cooked one of the same ways and without excessive oil or butter in the cooking same as the chicken.

You can trim the fat off other types of meat to make it leaner

Often when you have wild meat that is meat that is not on a farm and caught in the wild it is more lean because it was very active.

Some people eat some exotic meats like Elk, Deer and other exotics and find other lean meats, but I do not know about these much because I do not eat them. I understand there are options in wild meat.

Meats devoid of the extra fat content. This also is normally your healthier choice of chicken and turkey. Although today with the way they are raised in little areas stuffed until slaughtered, they too have a high fat content and hence, so do we.
