i'm 15 and so is he. so whenever we were in history class last year, he kepton asking me how the tests went for me.. but then when we get them back he braged that he got A's. And then on the street, he randomly called out my name, and started asking me if i knew for the final would be graded. i mean hello!! do i look like the teacher?? I never gave my name to him and his friends don't know me. he was in the history class after mine.. so he couldn't have known my name from class.
my friend says he's not shy at all.. so if he liked me.. wouldn't he have already asked me out?
so this year we have a class together, but it's been 4 weeks and he hasn't said anything. nonetheless, i find him staring at me all the time. and today he finally talked to me to see if i understood a concept. all i said was "no". i felt so awful afterwards!! do you think he'll talk to me again? what does it seem like he wants?

Well when most people give advice on what to talk about with a girl, it's school. Schoolwork is a great excuse to talk to someone, and it's kind of bad you don't realize that. But it's your responsibility to continue the conversations, he probably doesn't know where to go from "How was the test?". So make a snazzy comment about how all he ever talks about is school, and you have to try flirting back. Think of conversation topics.

Ask him about it without pressing too much. Work your way towards it. I gotta admit it I'm 14 and I get totally tonguetied when I talk to girls I am attracted to. Maybe he feels that if you like histiry and he likes history, well with similar interests maybe he thinks he can get to know you, That is what I do. (I'm such a weirdo :( ).

well.. i dont think he likes you from the way he acted last year.. i mean, all he talked to you about was school! BUT when a guy stares, he's interested.. i just hope he's staring at you and not THROUGH you.. i think you may want to find a different guy who will give you his attention forwardly

He sounds like a very immature 15 year old boy and you know what? You can do better. So forget him and concentrate on boys you like who will talk to you consistently -- not ones who are playing little boy games.
