And I'm not being sarcastic either. Mexicans are smart people. A lot of people just don't try and talk with them to see what they're all about. I have lots of mexican friends.

If you honestly believe that they must have put you on the "Little Bus". They immigrate here (illegally) & are not even smart enough to learn english? Where is the intelect behind spray painting gang messages on our hard earned property? I guess dogs feel the need to mark their territory, too. Is it best to draw up a business proposal before digging a ditch or picking strawberries? The only reason Mexicans still have those jobs is because "real" smart people haven't found a cost effective machine to do them. But they are comming!

The Aztecs and the Mayans were known to be very intelligent people that mastered their math and astronomy skills...
As for being smart, anyone can be smart depending on their education and their social status.

well, considering i am transferring to college at a junior level which is two years i get to skip of highschool to study and learn in college, complete two undergraduate years in advance while the college pays for it all, and not to mention i am a straight-A student and, oh yes, mexican, i would say that mexicans can be very smart

Yeah right considering that 1/2 of all Hispanic children fail to finish high school. Fact: Spending in D.C. schools, which are almost entirely immigrant and African-American was $16,344 per pupil, highest in the nation after Alaska but only 12% of D.C.'s eighth-grade public school studetns could read at 8th grade levels in 2005, and only 7% could do 8th grade math.

For being so smart, why the hell are they coming here, they should stay home and use their brains to fix their own country. They have had 300 years and their own natural resources, to build a country that is economically viable, that is just as much time as the United States has had, their is no reason they should be behind they are not a poor country, just brainless and lazy.

Mexico is a nation with smart and not smart people, same in the USA, but some people look at mexicans with jealosy because since they come from a poor country their mind is more free.
