I have the same problem. So far I have ignore that person as much as possible and never have given her a hint that I have a crush on her. Cause its just too complicated.

Decide if your place of employment is a permanent job. How long do you plan on being there. If you are happy and never want to leave. Dont do it you could be jeopardizing your integrity.
If it isn't a job that is life long, than there is nothing more fun and sexy than a taboo situation as having the hots for a coworker! Have fun. Go for it!

Dating at work is risky business. If you break up then you have to look at the other person everyday. If he/she is your boss you could get fired after breaking up. Find someone that doesnt work at the same place or one of you quit and get another job and contnue the relationship.

Don't **** with the payroll. Leave it alone if you're working in corporate. If you're working at the local burger joint, it may not be soooo problematic.

I am married to a co-worker.
We met at work.
Despite what others my say, it can work out.
It is a risk though...if it doesn't work out is the problem.
