It's basically molesting/sexually assaulting yourself to orgasm. If you have a vagina, play with it until you start feeling a really nice good feeling that makes you not want to stop. If you have a penis, you think of something erotic (perhaps lesbians, a vagina, ***, or a nice rack of ****) and you rub the hand over it like if you're shaking a bottle of water (more or less, depends on size, lube, etc) until white stuff squirts out the end.
