I'm like your same exact size, and I don't think I even have 20 lbs of fat to lose.
Trying to lose a 1/6th of your body-weight is dangerous - also, if you do try to lose it fast, you'll probably end up losing mostly water weight and muscle - the water will come back, but the muscle will have a harder time of it.
I suggest just eating healthy (no junk food/sugary stuff/dessert) and exercising for 30 minutes a day. That should help you burn any excess body fat, but I would advise you NOT to shoot for 20 lbs.

It depends on the way you want to eat - the 'Atkins' style diet is a very quick reduction diet but very unhealthy - just meat and fat, nothing else!!! You'd be much better off with an all-raw foods diet. As MUCH fruit and vegetables and raw nuts and seeds as you want, just don't cook anything. It is the healthiest diet on the planet and you will lose weight fast. Look it up on line, you will find tons of info. I did this diet for health reasons for 4 months and lost weight naturally without even trying. Good luck.

I would give up a lot to weigh as much as you do right now. You are at a very healthy weight already, possibly too thin.

Don't bother! You're fine just the way you are! And I doubt you're even fat at all. I don't know if I'd like a girl who was 5'7" and only weighed 108, you're fine, you're perfect, you're beautiful, don't change.

108 at 5'7" is really not a very healthy weight. 128, on the other hand, is a very healthy weight.

If you try to lose down to 108, you are going to hurt yourself.

why do you want to lose 20 lbs????????????? you will be nothing but skin and bones. If you think you're fat, you should work out - not aim to lose weight, but tone it. I'm 5'7" 135 lbs, and I want to gain about 10 lbs.

u r skinny cause i weigh the same and im your height. at first i wanted to lose weigh because my boyfriend said that i was fat.so i just started lose weight by not eatin.but after i started losing weight i got sick .wat am trying to say is don't be like me just say like u are now. don't lose weight stay like u r.
