If said person is wearing jeans or pants w/ belt loops, connect that cuff to said loop. If not, just cuff the person to yourself or cuff their wrist to their leg. But what business does a one-armed person have commiting crime anyway?

its called a belly belt, and it buckles in the rear. If need be you can turn the belt backwards so that his arm can be handcuffed to the rear. So how do you put leg irons on a one legged person? Hmmm........

i would think that they hook the arm to a belt chain of some sort. or in a pinch to the persons belt until they can get a better item to hold them
