It's just that whenever i go on trips T-moblie is greeat but it doesn't have signal !!!

The best choice is the service that has the best signal in the places you use the cellphone the most. So you should ask your friend, co-worker, related, etc and see what services they use. And see if they have good signal.
In general, Verizon seems to have the best signal. And Sprint seems to have the cheapest plan with most feature plus very easy to get extra discount if you call them up and ask for it.
Just read this Sprint forum http://www.sprintusers.com/
and you can see how people can get the plan so cheap and get extra tons of stuff like free incoming minute, free text messaging, extra 10% off, etc by just calling them up many times.

Of the three you mentioned, T-Mobile would be best. Just try calling Sprint for customer service. I wouldn't buy Verizon because of their stupid commercials "can you hear me now" If you break one of these phones, you can go to Target and buy a T-mobile phone and just switch the SIMS card, and have service back. The others want to get you on another contract and beat you down with tiny fees, after you hunt down a sprint or verizon store and wait an hour or two.

I have verizon and I love it. I've only had 1 dropped call, and that was because I was in the mountains. They have a wide selection of phones, and mine has text, camera, and video. Also, the family plan is good because it has free calling to all members in that plan.

it is a verizonwireless because it has the best service ever! my parents have verizonwireless and it works so pick verizon.

I think to decide that you would need to check with the provider and see what each has to offer, as in service area and other useful features. but i would not get cingular.

SPRINT.....whatever you do dont get verizon your phone spends most of the time roming
