let the anger out...don't hold back on your feelings. It's time to move on with your life. I'm pretty sure your son wouldn't want you to suffer like this. Continue with your life and cherish the memories of your son that you both shared. Best of luck.

I can not say I know what you are going through because I don't. I can tell you that anger is a very powefull emotion and it usually is a sign of fear-fear that if you let go of the anger you will forget your son. I know anger all too well-its my most powerful enemy. I strongly suggest a good therapist and this might take some time to find---like 5-6 sessions to determine if this is the right one for you----please consider that option. I am sorry for your loss.

Death of a child is something I've never dealt with but the anger is becoming a stronghold upon u.. God has a purpose for ur child to go on to heaven and wait for u there.. hang on to the good times of the 12 yrs. and if ur a believer that Jesus died for u, u will be in heaven with ur child when u die for ETERNITY... I will pray u can loose anger and lack of sleep and I bind u to peace that passes all understanding and may u find Jesus and his love for u.. and know that ur son is with JESUS... what a blessing!

Have you been under a doctor's care? You need to be on an antidepressant to get you through all of the issues dealing with your loss.

You need to be in a support group for parents who have lost a child. They are the only ones who know how you feel and what you are going through.

You need to seek a really good counselor. Losing a loved one is rarely easy to get over by yourself....I know, I've been there. You need someone who is trained to listen and offer sound advise. You will never get over loosing your son, but you will get through it. There is no shame in seeking help and advise. Lots of luck to you.

without getting more details i guess the loss was tragic and is also unresolved...this hurts.. but u have to seek professional help..this kinda stuff can eat u up and make u less of a person..call on a good friend and talk about it... really talk ...about deep inner hurt and emotions and make sure its someone that will listen and is uplifting..

Put all your energy into community activities, things that benefit the community. Educate them on matters related to loss. Go to college and take up courses you find interesting. Don't waste away. Take your angry energy and turn it into something else.
