um, that can be a lot of things. and i'm a girl, so you'd think i'd know. anyway, depending on her personality, she might be naturally flirtatious. otherwise, she may be hittong on you. if you like her, consider asking her out.
also, men will never ever understand girls as will girls never understand men. the psychological differences are great enough and the method of comprehension is too different. good luck to us all.

you are right men will never understand women because we don't understand ourselves sometimes. It could be she likes you. How do you feel about her? If you like her give her a compliment.Build a friendly relationship. There is no need to rush into things. Just take it easy and when the time is right ask her out.That is if you like her.
