well if your that serious about her she deserves to know how you feel. just be careful how you tell her, some ways can be overwhelming.

Thats an answer only you can answer. I say you go ahead and try if you really like her that much you know. Maybe you can start off as friends with her and slowly move it up from there, if she likes you things should move smoothly. You know Go out on group dates first and work your self up to one on one dates. Be friends talk have fun!!!
