cramp (krmp)
n.
1. A sudden, involuntary, spasmodic muscular contraction causing severe pain, often occurring in the leg or shoulder as the result of strain or chill.
2. A temporary partial paralysis of habitually or excessively used muscles.
3. cramps Spasmodic contractions of the uterus, such as those occurring during menstruation or labor, usually causing pain in the abdomen that may radiate to the lower back and thighs.

Definitions 1 & 2 above can just aseasily be applied to the heart as to other muscles. This may well be the best lay definition of a heart attack I have ever heard.

What is cramp? Cramps are usually caused by either oxygen, water or salt deprivation. Oxygen deprivation to the heart, usually caused by a collapsed capillary can cause cardiac arrest.
So, while the heart might not seem to be a likely muscle to suffer cramp, I wouldn't want to say it is not possible.

no, but if that's what it feels like you might have angina. You need to get this checked urgently. On the other hand you can sometimes pull a muscle in your chest but it's not your heart. Does the pain radiate out from the heart area or go to the heart area? If it's the latter then it's NOT the heart.

No, the heart is a cardiac muscle which works constantly and will never cramp.
