I'm a vet nurse.
We usually vaccinate at 8 wks and 12 wks, and they can go out mixing with other dogs at 13weeks.
However, we have started using some new vaccines now that can be given from 6 weeks, the second at 10weeks.
It depends on the brand of vaccines your vet clinic uses -best to check with them which ones they use.

They need to be 8 weeks old. They should never be vaccinated under this age as it can interfer with the natural immunity they aquired from their mothers. They should, however be dewormed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age.

Usually at 3 weeks you need to worm them with liquid wormer. At six weeks you can get their 1st set of shots. They need to go back in about a month for boosters. Most vets recommend not getting the rabies shot until they are 4 to 6 months old (depending on the breed size).

I got mine her first shot at 4 weeks old but that is what the breeder recommended. Usually you wait for their distemper/ coronavirus when they are 6-8 weeks old. Then you do another one when they are 10-12 weeks. You can look on google.com and type in puppy shot records and see the whole list of the times you need to give them and what kind of shot.

first set of shots are at 6 weeks, second at 9weeks, 3rd at 12 weeks. rabies at 4 months. then booster shots should be given yearly along with rabie shots (although there are now rabies shots that are good for up to 3 years)
