The argument that no human is illegal kinda makes me wonder about the murderers, rapist, thieves, fraud by identity theft, are they illegal? Do people who illegally come into our country become exempt from obeying our laws?
What reasoning is there to the premise that being a lawbreaker is OK?

mendi8...just because you call a skunk a kitty doesn't make it a kitty...
saying that there are no illegals, but those who do illegal things is incredibly naive and smacks of never-never land....is a rapist simply an uninvited lover? Let's get real here....THINK!

We must be lawful.Without law and order,we would be nothing more than wild animals.
Even though we have laws, some people still behave like animals.Imagine what conditions would be like without laws.Scary.
I fear no one but God, but a lawless society would scare the piss out of me.

We are all responsible for our own actions. It is wrong to think we should be exempt from the law. People try to justify their wrongful conduct but it just means they are refusing to face the truth.
Laws have a purpose (unless your going to pick on the nonsense-like some do) . Citizens have a right too-for protection from "all" harm. That is why laws or rules were made to begin with. If people don't like them-than change them-legally by the majority of the people's vote.
There is no reason to otherwise. Unless (I make this exception) your very living life (soul) depends on it. Than I might see a problem. Being poor is not an excuse ever.
And to another poster---not everyone breaks laws-speeding, litter and ect. Change your associations if that is all you know! And there is a difference between error and deliberately breaking a law---a big difference! But I don't expect a possessional picker or some to ever learn that! They never face the truth.

Everyone is responsible and accountable for their actions unless they are of reduced capabilities due to mental impairment. I don't know anyone who says different.
If I were a destitute foreigner seeking a better life, I would try and come to the US or Australia or the EU. We can't blame people for wanting to better themselves. All governments should try and end poverty everywhere so there would be no need for economic migration.
The only time when it is OK to break the law is when the law is an a.ss and needs changing (Women's Suffrage, hiding jews in Nazi germany, apartheid, segregation etc)

Because they come from such a horrible country yet do nothing to help or better the country. But they are very proud of their shithole that is so horrible that they had to leave and enter a country illegally just to get away.
Anyone who breaks the law should be held accountable regardless of what race they are. And if they feel that the penalty is too harsh they shouldn't play the racecard because they should have thought of that before they committed the crime.

no one IS illegal....some do illegal things. They usually are not doing something that is illegal 24/7. That would be really hard to do. Murderers, rapists, and child molesters should be punished to the extent of the law (after being tried fairly)! Breaking and entering is not even on the same page as that!

Illegal means just that ILLEGAL. No matter what the word is attached to. Immigrants who enter the United States illegally are criminals and illegal.. Smoking pot is a crime because it is illegal. Stealing is a crime and illegal. Transporting guns across state lines is a crime and illegal. I
t goes on and on.
Every individual on this earth has a choice. either do everything legally or do what you can get away with illegally and become a criminal.

Yes, I agree that people are humans, but some humans act like animals, thinking only of themselves and their immediate needs, not concerned with the greater good or harm their actions may have on others.

Framing the question with "ANY fee" ensures the respond. at present the confusing area looks to have been achieved. Kurdistan is at peace and prospering. different areas are additionally doing properly. We pay attention approximately Iraq purely whilst there is violence and we don't pay attention plenty presently, so it is an argument of a quite short era and the activity would be carried out. Leaving previously it is potential each thing would have been for naught and no u . s . would desire to ever have confidence us lower back.
