I don't get it. I read that the USADA formally charged Mr. Landis with doping. but on another page it said he's going to be in the 2007 TdF.What's going on? I feel terrible for him and his family. Please keep the faith that somehow, his name will be cleared! And don't post on this if you sre going to sit and complain about how he's guilty.

The USADA charged Floyd so that they would look like a responsible organization in the worlds eyes. They are doing this so that they do not lose face and hopefully they will not find him guilty just because they want to. I would have liked to have the charges dropped with the findings of Floyds lawyers but I am not surprised that he was charged.

Even though he was charged he still gets his day in court to defend himself and is asking for a public hearing so the world knows that kind of people run the French labs and how they are out to put American cyclists out fo the race because they couldn't get Lance.

Floyd is still innocent and this will come out in the end. The Tour better be careful because Floyd will be back and he's gonna be pissed at the way they treated him. With Phonak being gone just gives Discovery a chance to bring him back and put him on the podium like they did Lance.

Yeah you feel bad about him and his family. Do you also feel bad for McGuire,e Barry Bonds, Sosa, Palmero and all the cheaters? He got caught and that is the end of his career and cyclism is better of that way.

Maybe they're keeping their options open on Floyd. Aren't they tested at all events? Why did it come up positive one time?

No matter what, Floyd will not ride the Tour next year. There's my prediction.

And, yes, I would love it if he is able to prove his innocence.
