how do you make the graphic a link when using microsoft word?

i would like the little hand to appear when you roll over a graphic on a word document.

Right click on the graphic... and select 'Hyperlink' from the pop-up menu... then type in the url that you want to access by clicking on this graphic.

Update - reply to your message to avoid using CTRL

1. From the menu, select Tools-> Options
2. In the Options window, go to the 'Edit' tab
3. Uncheck the box with title 'Use CTRL + Click to follow hyperlink'
4. Click ok to close the Options Window.
