Hey Neha,
Good Language skills is surely the most important but also the right attitude. I would rank attitude highest here as we see so many misfits who carry a chip on their shoulders in service industry today and god believe me they are so detrimental to the business. Anyway wear a nice smile and carry a helpful attitude and it will take you a long way surely...
