Being kissed on the lips is more romantic. Its also a since of respect. In the mouth is more sexual. Being kissed on the lips tells you that he is interested in you, your personalilty.

lol you know it almost funny at times some of these questions being asked! why in the blue hell would it matter the mouth,lips, uhhhhhhh it the same thing? i just can't get over this even being a Question, hey but i'll say this, if you like a guy enough to let him kiss you, and you give the signol you want kissed, then dont sit and wine about rather its your mouth lol or lips.

If you are talking about just a peck on the lips vs. an open-mouth kiss then I think a short sweet open-mouth kiss on the lips is more romantic. They are both very cute though! :-D

To tell the truth although I haven't got too much experience with girls regarding my age (14) and the fact that I live in Greece= stupid overweight girls I believe that a kiss on the lips is more romatic and the kiss on the mouth with tongue is more like dessert.
