I would not say that is an absolute but you are very close .I do laugh at the grocery store check out line when i see cosmopolitans next top ten tricks to seduce the guy you want . Assuming your decently attractive , he is single , you hit on him yeah. he is gonna respond reletively favorably unless he is deaply religous or gay .
