When I sit I have some "spill-over" but it is by no means fat - I'm 6'3" 180lbs. Any way to tighten up my skin around my abs? Thanks in advance.

You could do crunches, etc. to tighten up the muscle there which may help with the extra skin you have there. Or you could go to a doctor and ask their proffessional opinion, I'm sure they could give you some excellent suggestions. Or possibly talk to a dietian (sp?) as I'm sure they may have seen this several times before.

I'm sorry to say this, but the ONLY way to get rid of excess skin is to go to a plastic surgeon and get a tummy tuck. NO amount of exercise, whether cardio or strength training will be able to get rid of excess skin.

I wish you good luck!

That happens to me too, ALOT!I think, maybe, just be confident about yourself.Don't worry to much and let it bother you!Just if it really bothers you, take a little morning jog every morning when u wake-up,then do the same at night after you eat dinner!!!!
