I've replaced the heater on my van every 2 yrs for some reason the control buttons only works on high. We are very carefull with this button as it is the 3 time we are replacing it. I taught I might do it myself if someone know how? How do you remove the front pannel to get to the heater?

First off there is the cup holder pull out and relaese it, two screws hidden there the two screws above the heater control out too pull off the face around the radio straight back. You don't have to completely remove the trim because the next four screws around the heater control are visable. This is where you will wish you have a good magnetic screwdriver so you won't drop the screws and hear them rolling around till the end of time. unplug, replug screw it back down snap the trim over the controls and radio put the 4 screws back in and 30 minutes you should be done. There is this big red wire in the circuit bord that melts. I have fixed but repair lasts even less time before it happens again.

You've fixed it three times and managed to get it wrong three times.

There's a clue for you...
