So last anight i was erasing a lot of things trying to make my computer better. And i ended up updating windows media player 10 and i dont want it anymore i wnat the older vesion. How can i roll back my hard drive with windows xp so i can have the old one back?

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and click the Show Updates option. Scroll down to Windows Media Player 10 or 11 (whichever you have installed, I'm not sure from your question) and click Remove, it will revert back to the previous version of Media Player, whichever one it was.

First, uninstall Windows Media Player completely from your computer.
Then, go to their website and look up the older version you want, using their search option.
Then, download that one and install it.
It should work like this.

WMP can play any type of the video, if, you've suitable formats... you could only set up Cyberlink power DVD. you do not favor to apply it, yet, it is going to set up formats that you want, and after that, you could watch DVD on WMP. ;)
