Get in touch with Guide Dogs for the Blind, they have times throughout the year were they have people collect stamps for them to buy another guide dog, so they might be able to put you onto the people who they use and hopefully they can help you, good luck.

Stanley Gibbons in London deal with a number of charities who collect stamps - they will be able to tell you which ones are currently running appeals.

My son's school collects them for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
