water is the absolute healthiest beverage there is, so ur kinda screwed. like that other suggested, try sqeezing some FRESH lemon in there, and try to bare it. flavored water has a LOT of sugar, so u mite as well just enjoy a soda. another great investment when dieting or just trying to be a healthier you, is to invest in a 100$ juicer. those things are amazing, and u can lose yuo to TWO pounds A DAY when on a juice diet- just make sure to talk about it too a nutritionist first, or pick up a book.

Use crystal light to make it taste better. There are very few calories and it is a good way to add some flavor to water. I am the same way and never drink enough water. You can also buy crystal light singles which you can add to a bottle of water when you are on the go. Another thing I will do is force myself to drink a glass of water when I am brushing my teeth in the morning. I can't leave the bathroom until I do. I even have a little note on the mirror telling me to do so. :)

I like the crystal light to go packets.. they help me drink more water cause I too cant drink alot of plain water

You could try unsweetend iced tea, hot herbal tea, water with lemon, or you could dry adding diet flavorings to your water (Crystal Light). There's always Vitamin Water and Gatorade flavored water.

crystal light has come up with different flavors, that provides no calories. That is an option that is not too expensive. You could try fruit2O, which is a little expensive than regular water.

Gee, and how long are you going to be in this nutrition plan? For something of your life? put food colroing in it
make it really cold
put a cool straw in it
put it in a cool cup
think of all those calories that you are saying over 150 every time
is your glass half empty or half full
put a lime in it (too many people said lemon!)

Put a lemon wedge in it. Try that crystal light powder in it, my friend is doing that. She said that helped her alot, and shes always dieting.

maybe u could have soda or something with a low calorie margin like energade which is about 50 calories on 500ml or jus maybe u culd have hip25 or usn
