Put them in a fryer for about 1-2 minutes. We used to do that at Wendys when people said they wanted fresh fries at like 1am right before we were about to close. They never knew the difference.

When I reheat fries, I've had good success toasting them in the toaster oven. They are never as good as the first day, but are decent.I like to reheat fries in the oven, and when thye're warm and crisped a bit, top them with sauteed spinach/onions garlic, then top that with grated cheese. It's practically a meal! Great w/salsa on the side. You can also freeze them and reheat them later in the oven - we always do this with leftover fries and they come out just as good as the first time around.
