My son's dog had Parvo. We had the vet treat him and they sent him home with us. I blocked off the kitchen area so the only area he could be in was that. I fixed up a bed with old blankets and sat up for 2 nights with him. I talked to him, petted him, let him know I cared and cleaned up after him. He turned out to be a beautiful dog that we all loved dearly until at age 4 we discovered he had kidney problems that could not be treated and we had to put him down. Good Luck!!

Not a lot, really. It's a viral infection, so it's up to her immune system to handle it. She'll get well (hopefully) on her own schedule, so the care she'll get will be aimed at supporting her through it and minimizing secondary infections. You can spend some time with her while she's hospitalized to help keep her spirits up. She'll be immune once she's over it, so you don't need to nuke your house with chemicals. She'll likely lose some mass while she's dealing with it, so once she's eating follow your vet's feeding recommendations.

I'm a little concerned that she broke with this at 7 months- she was obviously undervaccinated if vaccinated at all. Make sure in future you follow vaccination recommendations, and do not expose naive animals to areas where lots of dogs gather (i.e. dog parks, petsmart) until they're fully immunized.
