foodnetwork.com, or google.com (simple fudge), i think foodnetwork has alot...good luck...
at my house we do this....Sugar (about 1 cup), choc or other flavor chips, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 stick butter, 1 small jar marshmallow cream,
on stove heat sugar and condensed milk let boil on like medium heat and once it does start boiling time it for 5 minutes or until when a small amount dripped into cool water forms a soft ball (not hard ball stage) in another pan while this mix is warming put in the rest of the ingredients and when the sugar mixture gets to soft ball stage pour over the chips and mix together and pour in those store bought tind cake pans.....it sounds complicated but its not if you don't know how to get sugar & milk to soft ball stage im sure someone you know can help you out with this they may even know the correct temperature for this stage i just dont because we are used to making it we skip the thermometer (sorry) its yummy though
