It can't really be helped. It's your younger sister right? Well, you can make an agreement with her. Like, she can borrow your clothes if she asks and informs you on it, but if she takes them you will lock your closet up. Or something like that. If she's your younger sister (which I'm assuming so) then it just means they admire you a lot, and want to be like you. I use to go into my sister's room a lot, but I don't really takes anything, she still didn't like it. But she didn't really do anything about it, but afterwards she movd out of the house so of course I stopped going into her room since it's like 30 minutes away.

Are you sure your sister is stealing your clothes? Maybe you just didn't see it when you looked for it. If she is actually stealing your clothes to get you in trouble, just find something else to wear and don't make a big deal out of the missing clothes. Soon she will get bored soon and stop stealing your clothes.

Why do you get in trouble if they are your clothes?
Hide the things from her that you think she would steal. If there's a couple things in particular that she likes to steal, leave them in your locker at school. Hide them in your parents room.

Have a talk with her and your parents about this, and get it resolved.
