I never learned evolution in my public school's biology class. I really wonder why this was. I just had dumb little experiments on plants and things like that.

The "missing link" doesn't really exist and never will. There is no ---one piece-- of evidence that shows that we became human from a non-human in one intermediate step. Evolution works as a progression through time. We find fossils and these give light to the different history within evolution. Sadly, we can't see if one fossil maybe had different eyes than the next fossil or if the brain lacked in some particular way. However, we have found, and just recently did, a lot of fossils that point into different times of our evolutionary history.

To say we haven't found any "missing links" and that they "all turned out to be false" is a huge lie that the religious movement keep giving to ignorant people. We have found a number of "missing links" that you would know if you read scientific journals. Problem is that the media will only cover the story of the first or second new fossil found, but not the 20 or 30 others found later on.

Seriously, how can you be so stupid to believe your religious text? Something that some random guy that most likely doesn't even have formal training for is telling you is true based on texts of 2000 years ago. Why not believe in the egyptian gods or greek gods? There is as much proof for them as there is for yahweh, allah, or whatever other god you are trying to justify.

I don't believe that I am stupid, so I'll answer your question with one right back.........are you so stupid you'd believe what religionists are telling you without One shred of verifiable proof? At least evolution has some proven trends and aspects about the basic processes and how they work. Religions have not given us One piece of tangible evidence as to the existence of God let alone the multitude of writing and sayings attributed to the "inspired" humans called prophets........not one shred. Oh by the way......."look around" you isn't good enough. The universe is Not perfect, you only have to read any scientific journal to see that. So when you offer tangible proof that all people can access I'll take you seriously- till then save yourself before you save others!

Yeah, I can't believe I bought algebra! Stupid public schools!

But, as a matter of fact, I was taught biology by a Teacher of the Year. And I've done my own reading. And hundreds of thousands of intelligent scientists agree: evolution is the best explanation we have to explain the diversity of life on Earth.

But, feel free to call me "stupid" if that's the best you got.

The problem is not to believe in anything but to put everything under consideration. Divining truth from lie is dificult when lie is only a small part in issue you are testing. Evolution is a complicated and dificult to prove science branch. It holds to facts that are burried in far future. Some clues are also claimed from today reserches on animals and plants. The similarity in their biology and common DNA dont reject posibility of evolution. You dont have to believe but it would be better if you found solid proofs to name it a lie.

My public school teachers taught me a lot of wonderful things. Darwin's theory being among them. So before you cast stones at the public education system, what wonderful thing or things did you learn there?

I was introduced to Bach, Beethoven, and the Cycle of Fifths.

Shakespeare, Sir Francis Bacon, Newton and Lenard Cohen.

I learned how to use a library and research on my own.

I met people of all races and religions and learned to love my fellow human creatures.

My public school teachers taught me a great deal. Are you so stupid to focus all your divine energy on one single event? Are you so stupid that you are unable to read Darwin and argue intelligently? Perhaps you should go back to school and relearn what you ignored or lost.

No I read books and papers that have been written less than two thousand years ago. I don't parrot what some preacher tells me and make believe I no something about a subject I only fear. Evolution is scientific fact.

No of course not... the majority of public school teachers do not teach it correctly as it should be taught. However, I am smart enough to research it on my own and see that there are a vast majority of evolutionary theories I agree with.

Absolutely not. If they tried to teach me religion I wouldn't believe them for a second.
If you're going to have a go at a respected scientific theory purely on the basis that it's taught in schools you're not going to make anyone take you seriously.

Is evolution stupid? YES!! Do I believe what my socialist/ liberal teachers tried to teach me in school? NO!! I just regurgitated what they wanted to hear, so that I could get a good grade.

So I assume you think that the flu vaccine is pure stupidity also. Did you know that there is a new vaccine every year because the influenza virus evolves every year.
