So... is this to say that one should weight oneself at the same time every day... to keep the right track to weight changes?

You can but it is a bit extreme, you may want to check the zero on your scale or give it fresh batteries

If you go to the toilet before you weigh your self (urinate and defecate) and then come home after a day of eating a drinking the difference can be quite staggering. If you are aiming to monitor your weight for any reason, always do it at the same time of day, best time is first thing in the morning after your ablutions and before breakfast, that way any variations should be fairly minor. Bowel movements tend to be a bit erratic in the early stages of a diet change so bare that in mind. If the difference in scale reading keeps changing at the same time of day it may be worth buying a new scale.

Three kilos is too much, but 3 to 4 pounds of variation is possible. The most reliable reading is the one you get first thing in the morning. If you sit on the pot first thing in the morning, you should see a roughly 1-pound difference before and after from that alone.

Variations in weight during the day is due to water intake or water loss. And since 1 litre of water weighs 1 kg. You will lose or gain 2-3 kilgrams by losing 2-3 litres or drinking 2-3 litres of water. Hope that helps

I don't know the "kilo" weight system. But you usually weigh the less when you first wake up in the morning. Anywhere from 2 to 4 pounds less. Good Luck ! :)

Yes there is a variance, depending on how much you have or haven't eaten/drunk etc. Best to weigh yourself first thing in the morning every day. Your height changes throughout the day too, did you know? Tallest in the morning just after getting up before vertebrae have a chance to settle!

Yes you can. I can't believe people who get excited having lost a couple of kilos in a week. This sort of variance is normal, and the next day it could be back on.

I wouldn't bother if I were you, and I definitely wouldn't weigh myself after drinking lots of water or after eating food, so the best time to do it is in the morning.

A couple of pounds sometimes, so it should be about half that. It all depends on how much you eat, drink and sweat, as well as whether you've just been to the loo or not.
