Recently split up wi my ex,she wanted to meet to talk things over, so i went to see what she had to say, she just told me she was sorry. so i phoned my friends for a bit of support and knew that she was still in contact with one of my best friends, i asked him what she had said, you know just to clarify things, just to see if things where cool. he said that it had nothing to do with me and hanged the phone up. bout half an hour later i got txts from both of them saying they where going wi each other,so i replied to both of them saing as long as they where happy in what they where doing.but the thing is im not happy the same situation happened in last relationship and he was the one that i turned to for support saing that he would never cheat on his friend. well the tables have turned and he is. its just ripping me apart i keep getting these images of both of them having sex and discussing me and laughing. Forget them both, they are not worth your upset. Neither of them cared what they were doing, they could have let you get over the situation before rubbing your face in it even more. To get that text that same day must have been awful for you, I am really sorry. It is gonna hurt for a while, but in time you will learn to live with it, some people are nasty through and through and there is nothing you can do about it. What a lousy friend he has turned out to be dont wallow in the pain, let them have each other and remove yourself from any situations they might be in together in front of you. Go find some new friends never trust either of these two again, when you get over this which you will! you will be happy and can face them and just think nothing of it. Join something new to make new friends and make a real effort to organise a social event with them to get to know them, the more friends you have the more chances of finding a trust worthy one who will never come near your girlfriends, there is a rule amongst real friends, they dont do things like that, even if the girl is your ex. Its called common decency. Good luck, remember they are not worthy of your friendship if this is how they treat you.

Given you bests mates reaction, in hanging up after telling you it had nothing to do with you, it is unlikely that they are laughing about you. From the little you say both feel pretty stink about what has happened and they should feel stink! Sounds like your best mate and your girl friend betrayed you. Sit back and be angry. Let your self be you then get up and move on. Neither of these two people deserve your friendship!

i dnt no y ur frend did that? i dont no why they betray u. it happened 2 me earlier dis yr. i luvd dis guy 4 a whole yr and den we eventually got 2geda. my frend and my b/frend and i obviously hung out2geda. den he dumped me. i confided in my frend and because her and my b/f we still frends i wanted2no wat he gets up 2. but she refused2 tel. a month later, i find out the two of them are hooking up. it was the worst feeling EVA ! ! ! i told her i didnt mind but i actually did. i know u want me2cum2 da point so here it is :

Doesn't sound like much of a friend to me. They both betrayed you, write them off and move on. Don't worry yourself with them, they will get what always comes around to people like them. Don't be suprised tho, that when things turn sour with them that your 'friend' remembers you.

he can't be much of a friend to do it to you in the first place.so i would leave them alone. just forget about them as they have with you or they won't have done it.if he is a good friend he would not be talking about u or laughing as he would feel bad.so if i was you just let them get on with there lives and you get on with yours. you will find some one who will treat you better then they have. i know its hard now but it will get better i promise.

Okay this happned to me!!!! But I was the one dating my best friends ex... Like You have to trust both of them and stay friends with both of them! But you need to find someone for yourself! Thats the fun part!!! Date around and have fun!!! Good luck!

sounds to me like the pair of them are not worthy of you mate. it might be ripping you apart at the moment but try and put it behind you. he cant be much of a mate and she sounds like a trollop.you deserve better.
