at 16 love is usually just lust anyway so i wouldn't worry about it. once in a great while you find 2 people that meet when they are very young and stay together forever but more then likely his love is just that he likes you alot and thinks your hot so i wouldn't take it to heart

Yes it is wrong to tell him that you love him if you really don't. If you think he is hot, then just don't tell him anything. Don't say you love him if you really do not. That will just end up hurting him in the end.

Yes it is wrong because your going to hurt their feelings and you wouldn't want someone to do the same thing to you. If that person loves you and you don't love them then you need to let them know so that you won't waist their time being with someone who does not feel the same way they do.
