Do you hover over the toilet and spray all over it or do you sit down? If you hover, do you at least clean up after yourself? It seems every public toilet I go in looks like it's been rained on.

Nobody wants to clean other people's pee. As for germs, there aren't as many germs on a toilet seat as you think. And they sell purse packs of liners if you don't wanna sit.

What is it with you ladies? You complain about a guy's aim but you spray public toilets like a freakin panther marking its territory.

It amazes me how many women are terrified of public toilets. Thing is those that are terrified are the ones that make the restaroom dirty and nasty. They hover and pee everywhere except to bowl, then are to terrified to clean up after themselves then will use their shoe to flush, never mind the fact that their shoe has walked in much more nasty stuff than a restaroom and now everyone afterwards has to touch their crap to flush the toilet.
Then some will even be afraid to touch the sink and won't wash their hands.
Most of the time the nasty ones are the ones afraid of everyone else who is clean being nasty.

I dont remeber what show this was, maybe Tyra Banks, she had a guest talk about the down low on public restrooms. Most of the women squat. A little FYI- the cleanest stall is usually the one closest to the entrance because women tend to go to the furthest one for "privacy". the 1st one is the one used the least. Also, urine on the toilet seat is always gross, but 99% of all bacteria is almost immediatly "vaporated" and doesnt survive long when it hits air. And too, majority of women use their foot to flush.

I use one of those paper cover things. I have squated before and YES it does get all over. No I don't clean it up. I'm sorry that I don't but I just want to leave. I feel like if I were to clean it I would be touching the toilet, which I was setting out to avoid. Plus the public toilets that I use are always filthy, and stinky. (probably because of people like me) But I just feel sort of mad. If they cleaned up the bathroom, and made it feel less nasty all around. Then I would clean up. You give what you get ya know!
I have had the showered on seats as well. I wont use them. I will go somewhere else. EEEEWW

IT really depends on the situation....the cleanliness of the place and the stall itself.
I have the liners in my purse, but if it is just a quick tinkle, I squat and have enough control to ensure it doesn't "rain" on the seat.
For the once in a blue that it does....I use an antibacterial wipe (also always in my bag) to wipe it.
It is just common sense -- those that don't clean if theiy rain must have been brought up in less than ideal conditions.

You are totally right. Mythbusters went around testing the bacteria on public toilet seats and found there wasn't nearly as much as people think. So the girls who squat and sprinkle their nastiness on the seat are actually creating the problem they are trying to avoid. I really wish people would use seatcovers or just sit down. Their attempt at cleanliness is causing me to have to deal with nastiness.

I clean up the toilet and sit on it.

My biggest pet peeve is women who attempt to squat and get it all over the seat. If everyone sat down and peed, then there wouldn't be a problem!

They make toilet covers for that reason, and it's worth my time and effort to use them!

whew! As you can see, I'm passionate about the peeve. :)

I always sit because I always carry in my purse a little pack of toilet covers in case there are none in the restroom I'm going to use. Besides I like to be comfortable.

I only hover in airports. I don't bother with those paper rings. Usually the rim already is bloody. At restaurants I'm fine with using the covers. And I always wipe after MYSELF and not anybody else.

At home, I sit. In public, I squat. Squatting also works miracles on your buns and thighs(and I wipe as well if I tinkle on the seat by mistake!).
