Is there a name for people that do not take advantage of our educational system.. I wish ignorance could be a "deport-able" offense. one should have to finish school to live in this "country". The name for illegals that marry Americans is ... husband or wife depending on the gender.

Pfff, "Sham marriage". I can't tell you how many licenses I've written that are "sham marriages" or are people who will be divorces or annulled in a matter of months. I write marriage licenses for a living, and I see this everyday. Illegal 16 year old, or younger, pregnant girls getting married to their legal boyfriend. That's a two-for. Two illegals marrying each other to gain citizenship, etc, etc. But then, 90% of the licenses that are written will never make it past one year.

not sure what the name is ,.. but I do know that it is much more difficult to go through the process now than it was years ago. I know because I married an illegal. The interviews go way in depth to very private and personal details to prove the marriage is real & not just for the papers.

sure yet while they are got here across to be getting married purely so as that they are in a position to stay interior the U. S. they are in a position to nonetheless be deported and the U. S. citizen may well be stated on costs. that's a criminal offense to get married purely for that purpose so use warning with who you communicate with if it incredibly is your motive.

sham marriages, marriage fraud.... different same... same things.... but so wrong.... it just makes anyone who came here legally, lives here legally who marries a US citizen seem suspect for fraud.... make legit marriages who have to go through the paper work so much harder..... but then again.... if you really love each other u would do it i guess... it is a wanna be deterrent..... although it is not deterring anyone.... i know ppl who did it.... and it is so wrong....esp since the law says you status can not be changed if u enter illegally.... but i am beginning to think they still approve them
