yes, it can do that. In fact, after two doctors both told you that it was anxiety, you're trusting the opinions of non-medical people over the internet? Think rationally here.
Yes, anxiety can cause pain and discomfort in some people. I suggest that you go speak to a therapist, psychologist, etc. for ways on how to deal with your anxiety.
You sound wound up, even in your question here. Relax. You've seen TWO doctors about it already, it's not physical. Go get some help dealing with your anxiety.

Yes anxiety can do that. I get it all the time. It is also stress related. If you had tests done on your heart such as an EKG it would show if you are having a heart attack. Your heart is fine. Ask your doc for some xanex to calm you down.

Yes, anxiety can cause symptoms that feel like a heart attack. I'm surprised your dr. hasn't given you some meds to help you. Thiink about it, if he thinks it is anxiety, then he should be treating you for the anxiety. Talk to him. If he won't help you, surely he could recommend someone who will.

Yes, anxiety and panic attacks can mimic heart attacks. A pulled muscle or pinched nerve can as well. If you have what feels like an elephant sitting on your chest, or heartburn that won't go away, go back to the ER pronto.
