in prison. having grand mall seizures causing major injuries. staff won't provide medical treatment such as reviewing medication or doing blood work. would a public defender handle this? money is an issue.

Call a local journalist or newspaper and get them to do a story on it . Then you will get action.

money is not an issue because in prison your medical care is covered by the state. Are you having the seizures? If you are, then how are you writing this out? Especially if it's causing 'major' injuries. And if you're writing on behalf of someone else, I don't know if you're getting the whole story.

Try talking with attorney about lawsuit. There use to be federal program that offered free legal advice. Known it was cut way back, but thing something might be out there check blue pages of your phone book. Get someone to write that we are going to sue your fing butt off if x condition worsens or person dies.
