I have been this way since I was a child. I will start to gag even by the smell of certain veggies. It is really hard and I simply can not fathom eating them. I am trying to lose a little weight and most diet programs list vegetables as a main source of fat burners. Is there an alternative out there to help me reach my goal?

Yes, but it is not healthy. Plus the veg helps all the fat leave your body. You can eat more fish and chicken, but you will get constipated, you'll get hemorrhoids, and losing weight will be more difficult. In fact, this is why you have extra weight in the first place. If not vegetables, can't you have salads?

Vegetables are really not fat burners. They are low calorie fillers good for vitamins and fiber. If you reduce your food intake you should lose weight. Make sure you get all the vitamins you need to stay healthy.

Fruit would work ok too, as long as it's not high in natural sugar. Cut out things like white bread, pasta, potatoes too. That will help to lose weight.
And up your excerice routine!

Don't be such a faddy eater, you lard-ball !! You still a kid ? Is it the cooking smell that puts you off ? Eat them raw then. Eat lots of fresh fruit. Eat salads. Avoid junk food and alcohol. Take more exercise. Lots more exercise. Stop making excuses.
