Cycle to work/school/anywhere. Thats your cardiac
For an hour to hour and a half Toning
six nites a week do 8 wieghtlifting
exercises, when it becomes easier
try two reps of each exercise
Between each repetion stick
in one type of sit up.
Then take up a sport e.g
Karate for some fun and action
Stretch atleast twice a week.
In about 3 months you should see
that you can hit the splits.
Eat protein and carbohydrates +
a protein shake.
If you work hard you should see results in a month.
Depending on how thin and lean you already are.
If your big cut the junk out and eat three square meals a day.
P.s I do not endorse this in anyway... But it works for me

A great workout plan is whatever works for you.Exercise can be really gruelling if you don't find something you like. For example, I once joined a gym-and then discovered I didn't like working out indoors-I decided to jog outdoors 4 times a week for 30 minutes each work out (not including stretching time) and did 300 crunches a day(its not that much-150 morn, 150 night-about 2-3 minutes) and lost 30lbs!

wake up early in the morning like in 7 A.M. or later in the weekends, put some random music, and make up a dance to the song. Spend like an hour on it. To me, dancing is something fun and time flies when you're having fun! u could also play a sport with your friends, or maybe even taking walks with them!
The key to a good workout plan is to have fun!
