I really need to lose 10 pounds in 2 days. Please someone give me tips!!

I lost 7 pounds in 5 days. It is simple. Do you watch a lot of TV? If yes, while watching TV run in place. Take breaks (for breaks do a light walk in place) in between. Run with knees high. Drink lots of water. You need to do this for about 1-2 hours a day. It will seem shorter, because the TV will keep your mind busy. This also works with computers. Or you can walk and read. If you eat 3 meals a day, take in no more than 400 a meal. Or if you only eat two meals a day, no more than 600 (1200 calorie diet) calories a meal. Drink a glass of water before every meal to get full faster. And eat slowly may make you feel fuller faster.

I will never understand the need for 'emergency' weight loss. You are who you are. You either eat healthy and exercise or you don't.

If you are only ten pounds overweight, then you won't be able to lose ten pounds in two days. It won't happen, no matter what you do.

If you are severely overweight (50 pounds or more), ten pounds won't make a significant difference.

Get yourself on a sensible eating plan and exercise plan so you'll be ready for the next 'emergency'.

There really is no healthy way to loose 10 pounds in 2 days. You need to work at it like exercising more and cutting down on fatty foods and subsisting them with healthy vitamin rich foods.

YOu should have thought about this before school started. All those chips and ice cream over the summer means you are going to be fat in September - what, they don't teach nutrition in school, or you just simply don't care how you look until you meet a cute boy?

quick weight loss isn't the answer, if you go on extreme diets, than you'll put twice as much on.when you attempt to lose large ammounts of weight in quick periods, your losing water nothing else.

what you should have done if you knew you had to lose weight, was to plan carefully to reach specific targets however you can go on a juice diet which is still nutritious, which will kick start your weight loss.
