i busted my dogs out in our garage early this morning around our poker table, and there were ashtrays full of cigar butts. and empty beer cans! a couple of neighboring dogs were passed out on the floor....MY question is, where did they get the beer and smokes FROM?

no and its not healthy to either. I have seen a dog toy in the shape of one, and its sqeaky to, can be found at your local target stores pet area.

Yes they can.
But their lungs can't take much so they'll die after about 2.
Hate to say it- it's so hard to admit to animal cruelty.
