Preferrably, he should stand trial. Murder is murder. Two wrongs don't make a right. The soldier who captured Saddam could have easily planted a bullet in Saddam's forehead, but now we have him in captivity, and can bring him to justice.

Yes, that is the right way to do things.
Then shoot him,hang him etc.
But tell him about Jesus first, give him food and water, don't be mean in any way, then Shoot him. Dead.

I would like to see him found guilty and put in isolation for the rest of his life, in a 6'X8' cell.......no TV, books, radio, etc.,. This would be a pure Hell on Earth.
I would like to see Saddam with the same sentence.
Killing them would be too easy-they'd be happy they were ''martyrs''.
