A long time ago something was found in the bible. When the figured out the code it was amazing. One said TWIN TOWERS, 29 2001! & all the bad stuff that happened a while ago like who killed licone and all that do you belive in it? Do you think it could save our futures from distroing? Why do you think this?

parrot and ed-d i like what you siad it's true we found this out before the twin towers but bush did what NOTHING! he even got a note on his desking from beloden! & if we tried i but we could have found things and stoppped them but Bush sucks and does nothing to protect us esspacily if it is bad for him! Who agrees?

But no one ever notices that stuff before it happens. If the Bible can really predict things, then someone should be able to go in there right now and find out the next big thing that's going to happen. But instead, everyone just waits for something to happen and then goes BACK to look for where it was. It's the same thing for Nostradamus.

I do not agree, as I am NOT a liberal, head in the clouds, Democrat. I am however a down to earth type. We can not say that Bush has not done anything to protect us because He can not tell us of all of the times he has protected us for security reasons. That is the security of YOU and your family and friends. So instead of trying to destroy our president, and give our enemy's the bravery to call our president( and by extension us) some very bad things and to have that said in the press and in front of the UN, why not keep those negative opinions to your self and just wait until the next election and put in the person you want in the White House. That would be a lot better for this nation then the way the dumbos have been doing it. They would rather tear down this nation to get back the power that they lost then to help this nation be and grow stronger and more self reliant and they would rather pander to the illegals so that they can have a 'repressed' people that they can get votes from then to think or do any thing that might help us. They are just mindless elitists pigs that think that we as a nation can not think for ourselves and that that job should be left up to them to do for us. Sorry, but I do not need some elitist, socialist, liberal, fart doing my thinking for me.
Sorry for the rant, but liberalism just gets under my skin.

Bible codes only work after the fact.
Everything is probably explained or detailed in the Bible, we just don't find it until after it happens.
A whole bunch of people are trying to predict the future by directly reading it, trying to figure out where, for example, mystery Babylon is.

I suppose you're referring to the book "Cracking the Bible Codes". It's a load of hogwash. When the same algorithms were used on Moby Dick, they got the same results.
Books like that have only one purpose: to separate the faithful from their money.
Do you really think people would be trying to make all that money writing books if the end of the world is imminent? What do they plan on doing with the money, take it with them?

People who look for codes can find them, no matter where they look. You could have found the same code if you had used either of the books, The Old Man and the Sea or The Great Gatsby.

I think you're descending into the mire of superstitious ignorance.
Scripture is NOT a secret code and Jesus' sayings are NOT a decoder ring! How Gnostic! And THAT means, how heretical!
Numerology and attempting to foretell the future are NOT spiffy ways to figure out God's plan. They ARE, however, a fine how-dee-do when it comes to distracting you from FOLLOWING Christ's advice, admonitions and commands.
