I live in Denmark in Europe, and the church attendance here is 2.5%. In other words, 975 out of every 1000 people do not attend church. As a Dane myself, I can tell you that the Danes do not substitute churchgoing for other kinds of religious activity. I personally don't know a single person who prays.

These numbers are comparable to the numbers in many other European countries.

What is your opinion about this?

To clarify: the Danes are not a religious people at all. As an example, people never refer to God or Jesus in conversation. We refer a great deal to Satan in our swear-words, but they're hollow: even pre-schoolers go round shouting "May Satan Eat Me!" as an idiomatic phrase without retribution.

This is a problem all over Europe, it's mostly due to the damage the Catholic cult has done. Everyone lumps Christianity in with Catholicism, the two are totally different. The RCC has manipulated governments for 100's of years and slaughtered millions of innocent people and tortured untold numbers. So as time has gone by, why would anyone have anything to do with anything resembling Christianity. Also, the lack of morals and ethics that are endorsed by many European countries has had a devastating effect on Christianity.

Not enough prayer! No true heart conversions! Mixing of the pagan with the God. God does not like that. read Jeremiah 7 and 44 to see how God thinks about that. Oh! and not enough Stating of the Scriptures. KJV, and the NIV and such. But if you can get a hold of a literal translation (Interlinear)by Green this Bible will lay to rest many theological debates.

I'll wager America is about the same way. 90-98% of the country is religious but I'll wager only 3-10% go to a Church Mosque or Temple.

Yes, I know Muslims and many of them don't go to the Mosque at all.

I wish I could say the same about the US. I'm quite envious. Our country is getting worse and worse, lead, of course, by the biggest hypocrite this planet has ever known, George W. Bush. He's an embarrassment to me.
