i broke up with my bf cause he lied to me and checked and deleted all of my emailsand now hes saying he dident do it and makin me feel like crap.im so over him but hes not,i've seen sinking ships go down faster than he can get over this!any know what i should do?

You're "so over him" huh? If you were, then you wouldn't care about what he has to say.
Cut all ties and contacts. If you don't have caller I.D., then invest. Don't answer his call but if you do, then tell him you're sorry he's having such a hard time getting through this but that you can't help him. Leave it at that and hang up. If you run into him, excuse yourself quickly and politely and move on. Don't give him a chance to "dump" on you.

I would change you e-mail and not tell your ex and I would change your telephone number and cellphone number if you've got one also. File a complaint about the e-mail with your company and tell them my ex didn't have my permission and he deleted my e-mail and then I would ask all your e-mail buddies to see if they sent you an e-mail the day your ex erased them and find out what they said if they did. just ignore him im a guy and take it from me if you dont ignore him he is going to try and get you back and that will be a huge mess and you 2 will break up any ways
