There are many anti-biotics. only a qualified doctor can suggest you the medicne after seeing you and if necessary seeing the symptoms and test report. Please do not self meicate.
However the doctor may give any one of the antibiotics.

Penicillin is used most often for throat infections. If someone is allergic to penicillin, errythromyacin is usually the second drug of choice.
